SEO Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary: $75,000-$90,000 (Exempt)
Location: Corona, CA (Onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, leads, and search visibility.
  • Analyze website, campaign, and conversion data; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize website performance, user experience, and search rankings.
  • Manage and enhance content supporting SEO and lead generation goals.
  • Execute digital campaigns across SEO, paid search, email, and social media.
  • Track KPIs, monitor performance, and present results to leadership.
  • Stay current on SEO trends, search engine updates, and privacy regulations.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online product discoverability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SEO/digital marketing experience.
  • Proven success improving rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge, including Core Web Vitals and on-page optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and WordPress.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Preferred: Paid search, email marketing, HTML/CSS, agency management, and experience in B2B, manufacturing, transportation, or automotive industries.
